And in this area people are leaving the big cities for their trips to get away from places like Atlanta, New Orleans, Birmingham, etc.

If you are in a market that is saturated with investor and one where there are many new and rookie investors I can tell you that there will be TONS of people mailing the standard "yellow letter" and yours would just get lost in the shuffle.Here in the New Orleans area, we are completely saturated with investors.

The Westbank is the only area in all of Greater New Orleans that has declined in value over the last couple of years.

Real estate is pretty pricey here in New Orleans, and I suspect it won’t be a quick occurrence.
