Austin is expensive however if you are careful you can pay attention to some of the nearby markets and suburbs.

But I don't know how rural you are talking about. well...my town is about 8000 which is close to what nearby towns are.

That's a lot easier than most tube rental places, which may have to shuttle to a nearby put-in and then do an even longer shuttle from a take-out.

Hey I have a question for you do you know of any general contractors or guys that do rehabs in the Ogden area I am looking at a deal in Brigham City UT (nearby Ogden UT)
