Kyle Nazarek Advertising contracts for assignment
27 December 2019 | 8 replies
If you contract to buy a pallet of dish soap and then assign that purchase contract to someone else (so long as the contract did not have verbiage preventing an assignment), then it is fine and perfectly legal but when you involve real estate, that is governed by another authority, i.e. the local department of real estate which is where additional rules and regulations come into play.Having a real estate license is the best way to protect yourself as a wholesaler but that is not the ONLY option to do it legally. So in summary, wholesaling or assignments are NOT illegal but you can certainly perform an illegal wholesale transaction through an assignment clause in states that have laws against it (which is most).

Your website is most likely the first impression you'll make to your potential clients and it is going to continue to be this way for many many years in the future. There is no reason you can't design it yourself, but dishing out a little bit of money for an amazing site that you could use for 10+ years, seems like a great investment to me.
