@Audrey Sommer it will be challenging to match what a PMC can do.Example: we post to around 30 websites via syndications via two software programs we pay for and also have a marketing team that manually enters a few.The Zillow Group is probably the easiest for a landlord to use.

All these people on fixed incomes who moved to Florida for the weather and disregarded the consequences and risks can do the same thing as the people on fixed incomes who stayed up North: Rent a cheap apartment or buy a cheap condo.

Never heard of that but ultimately its their money and their rules so how do you argue.I did try pushing them to seller finance but they wanted 100k down and I just don't want the property that bad to where I have to tie up my cash for the down payment plus the rehab to add the additional units and fix the place up.

Due to personal faith based reason, I prefer to only invest in all cash deals that don't involve traditional financing (so typical passive RE options like syndications, RE funds with fixed returns, REITs etc are not a viable option for me).
