What solutions have members used in the past to lower noise between units?  

Next night tenant below called and their response: "We can't hear the noise from the street, there is nothing we can do." 

The kids and I were just finishing up our weekly laundry chores when we heard a loud noise and smelled smoke coming from the laundry room.

Once you put the grind on someone they will start to lose respect for you and your property.  

The neighbors complained about the noise.

Sometimes it seems that your post can get lost in the noise (as Joffery pointed out).

You aren't doing these things solely to drive traffic to your site - you're doing it to build relationships, because these are what can (and will) build a dedicated following over time.There are a lot of people making "noise" on the internet by throwing links all over the place (that nobody is going to click on) and making thoughtless and irrelevant comments. ...but people take notice of those who are actually bringing some substance to the table.

If they are good tenants in every other way besides the noisy dogs, how about notifying them now that you will not be able to renew their lease unless they train their dogs to insure no more noise issues or complaints?

She does a lot of annoying things on a daily basis, but this is the one that grinds my gears the most because I feel like I need an umbrella to shield me from her germs.
