As far as what areas I am pretty open, I like the idea of investing in something in the city, elmwood village area or north Buffalo with the area making a come back. 

After redesigning the park and getting clearance from the local village for my plan, we removed every single home sort of piece meal, but still in a matter of months.

I leave in Canada and this property in in the village of Conquest which is 1h from Saskatoon (city where I currently live).

Is East English Village the same as English Village?

Yes, I actually started looking at the 1/1 at Village on the Beach!!

Otherwise, the board could take measures to adjust policies such as: follow village ordinance based on occupancy in hopes to minimize excessive amount of people in each unit if applicable.

The property is also located in a village (my parents live in the same village). 

I was greatly considering slavic village and North and South Collinwood.

We expect some small appreciation in Little Village.  

My business is focused in cities like: Sauk Village, Homewood, Lansing, Country Club Hills etc.
