Need a good realtor for the south suburbs of Chicago

Hello everyone,

My realtor is retiring and I'm looking for a top notch realtor to work with in the south suburbs of Chicago. I'm not real interested in someone that has to drive 30 minutes to show me a property. My business is focused in cities like: Sauk Village, Homewood, Lansing, Country Club Hills etc. I'm a little tired of "trying out" some of these realtors. So many of them just don't understand the business. I just want someone who will run me quality sold comps in a timely manner and someone who understands the investor market. Also looking for someone who has experience dealing with investors and someone who will give me lock box codes. Did I say lock box codes? Oops! lol. I have a great realtor for the Indiana side of the business, so I just need someone for Illinois. Any recommendations you can give me, would be greatly appreciated!
