@Chris Seveney, will that act to halt the foreclosure, or will the winning bidder end up with a property they can't possess?

I have contested multiple properties I own and almost always get a reduction in property tax.It is very easy to do.Sometimes I use the property itself to argue value.Sometimes I used what comparable properties are paying to win my argument. 

I got advice from my relator how to get the house and win the bidding wars going on at the time.

The winning bidder takes title to the property subject to all defects, liens, encumbrances, and matters of which he/she has or could obtain knowledge.

That will be a win-win and that's how a real arbitrage is supposed to work.

Ultimately, if you have a property w a 2.5% rate, chock it up to a win. 

If we can shift even a fraction of the industry from spinning wheels to actual movement, that's a win in our book.Thanks for the well wishes, Bob.
