Yours looks like it is a bit more work but I would definitely do some research before spending that type of $So far the consensus is that this is steep but these guys quote these prices to insurance companies, but unfortunately we are paying out of pocket and cannot or i should say I do not want to pay these prices. 

Nothing beats a custom optimized CRM to fit your needs and how you do business.I honestly feel like everyone selling CRM try really hard to make people believe they need an "out-of-the-box" system, but this truly HAS to be customized to how you manage your leads.For Lead generation we leverage GrumpyHare.

I live in the Rabbu site - I like the customization aspect, with most sites it provides enough information to make accurate assessments, you can also pretty clearly see the difference between a well run STR and a MEH run STR.

To make it more complicated, I have ACV insurance, so that makes it harder.

Eventually I obtained insurance on all the aplliances in case a repair is needed.

If it is your first, you don't need software just yet-- already there will be such a learning curve from how to manage your place and talking to customers.

Let the professionals do this properly to not have to worry about breaking your title insurance, or at least ask your closing agent if a Quit Claim deed will void your owners title. this could be different in each state. #5.
