Section 14 (Occupants) says "the number of occupants is limited to two adults and two (2) children" ... the "two" is even highlighted in yellow.Isn't this a discriminatory phrase??

Your target tenant will probably have kids, lots of stuff to store in the garage and such, too.Personally, I like neighborhoods that skew with older demographics; people I can buy from with paper or from their children or even their heirs.

When she and her two housemates moved in, there was furniture already present (the place was rented unfurnished), left by the previous tenants.The landlord is now refusing to return the deposit, claiming that the cost of moving out the furniture (which was present when they moved in, and they left when they moved out) exceeds the amount of the deposit ($1550).

BTW, here in Ohio (where there is still a little common sense), we know that children shouldn't eat lead paint; that every house has a little mold; that you shouldn't sniff asbestos; and that a little blood isn't reason for panic!

I think you would have better luck with the investor that is doing rehabs and has no furniture etc.
