Account Closed wonderful advice: Flipping, in my opinion, requires a particular type of temperament as you would have to deal with a lot of different and interesting characters from City Officials to CON-tractors (note the CON part). 

I believe we have 3-4 cops living in this little neighborhood and we have a Elementary school at the entrance, so it limits some unsavory characters.) 

I am looking for a personal reference that is not related to them, typically a minister, pastor, someone like that that usually wouldn't lie about their character.  

I watched a video once about bad actors who got their comeuppance, and it featured this "paycheck cashing business business owner" of the lowest character.

I'd attribute that to the poor management company / lots of miscommunication and just general incompetence.

If the same article shows up on multiple websites, it's worthless (unless other sites copied your content, which Google, even still, has problems with attributing the original author, unfortunately).

Define which ones you would prefer to work with based on your relationship and their character etc.

So deciding which homes are "better" is something of a complex formula.So I recommend South Side and Friendship based on modern patterns of urban renewal along with some attributes of solid building stock that would offer value to an investor.
