One possibility is building a duplex in Peoria, while it's not the best rental market, getting a duplex at a possibly much cheaper price than market value is extremely appealing.

To answer your question (that wasn’t actually aimed at me) my concerns are investing in an area that I’m completely new to and building an out of state team that will be effective. 

Not sure if you staged it, but I did my homework early on when I first started so I know my pricing and I build it into my deals.  

I learned how to maintain a home, work with real estate professionals, contractors, interview prospects, etc.

The chlorine goes into the water and the sodium builds up on the titanium plates which is why the cartridge eventually has to be replaced.These systems don’t actually measure how much chlorine is in the water or how much is needed.  

Hey Michael, It's a 6 unit building and the winter has been mild so far here in Chicago *knocks on wood*.

I have land with a house and plan to build a a house for me to live in soon there.

They'll wait years sometimes for the right down-market cycle to build.
