The problem is not only that existing tenants suffer, but that local government will be pressured to pass legislation that will be extreme and engulf well run parks into spending unnecessary expense and complying with rules designed to provide residents with services they don’t want.

Nick,I recommend "Certified Tax Coaches" and "Certified Tax Planners".Do an internet search for those designations "near me".They have tax-saving strategies that most tax preparers have never even heard of.PLUS they specialize in real estate.Good Luck!

I think overturning some of them will include getting some of the nearby lots to vote on it as there is a clause stating that that's allowed.The thing that scares me the most is regarding the stylistic stuff -- there's a clause stating -- "The homes shall be harmonious with and reflect the exterior design characteristics of these homes already erected on the property" and that combined with -- "it should be lawful for any peron or persons owning any real property situated in said tract, to prosecute an action or proceeding at law or in equity against a person or persons either to prevent him or them from violating these covenants or to recover damages for such violation"My RE lawyer friend said that its such a broad clause that it could potentially open you up to getting sued if a neighbor really wanted to depending on the stylistic choice of your home.

This, without having a housing bubble or other economic meltdown, like some counties in Utah, Texas, California, Washington etc…2022 was particularly strong as folks flocked to the state Heavy Manufacturing is booming near Nashville: Both GM and Ford have / are building their new EV battery plants here.

Since we didn’t have a pool and are not walking distance to the Broadwalk, we focused on interior design and that has helped, but we consistently lose out to Airbnbs with a pool, so we are working on maybe getting an above-ground pool and/or hot tub.
