If your perspective renters are involved in that industry I would say now is a great time to have them as both Lockheed and Northrop have massive contracts going right now.I know that is painting with a pretty broad brush and there are tens of thousands of jobs in this area.

Stats like this should be CLOSELY tracked at the top of the house but they tried to brush reality under the rug with programs like PPP that ultimately just created lots of zombie companies that rest assured will die (and make even more people unemployed).

I don't like vinyl anything personally so on the really hardcore surfaces like kitchen cabinet bottom if I want to waterproof it I would silicon caulk all three sides, then brush a thin layer of epoxy sealer then a layer of liquid epoxy.

And it's a good time to brush up on how foreclosures come to market, as there is some coming via that channel - it's NOT going to be some crazy huge flood like in 08, but there will be some and it is a very different process so will require a bit of homework.

I was a apprentice painter once but hated it... also sold fuller brush's door to door.. pumped gas , bagged groceries... etc etc.. but I found my calling in Real estate sales and I rather like that and finance and building..
