I'm getting bids from GC's (example: $6400, $6500) and found another guy off of facebook for $5400 (supposedly insured).

It may be a result of an aggressive cap rate being used when coming up with your bid.

Occasionally properties will stay on the list for multiple years because they’re not a deal even at the minimum bid price. 

You have nothing to really lose by submitting a project and collecting a few bids.

The person that gave you the $30-$50k bid has no idea what they are doing.

My question is, are you bidding on the actual house or the delinquent payments even though the auction type is "foreclosure"?

I went to the office to tell manager what she was threatening to do. manager said she would evict her and that I could bid on the Mobile Home at auction if I wanted to buy back the Mobile Home.

@Giovanni Brown are you asking if the banks will keep bidding up a property above the upset bid?

It was worth $50K and it surely would have been bid up by other investors and she would have got nothing.
