I have contacts in my investing group who are connected to manufacturers of modular homes - not "manufactured" (trailers), modular: homes are stick-built in pieces in a factory, the pieces are shipped to the home site on flat bed trucks and assembled onto the foundation.

Just give them the details of the property, beds, bath, garage, exterior, age of roof, as much as you can, your asking price, whether seller or buyer pays closing, and the rest is on their end.

Las Cruces, NM 88005This a 4-plex, with 4 2-bed, 1-bath units.The price is 174k.The last unit putting in rent was listed for $375/mo (that looks a little bit low but it is probably normal for LC).
