You can try to get amendments to the leases before you close if you do not like how the leases are structured but the tenants do not have to comply with your request.Are the leases you inherited month to month or 1 year??

@Michael Finkelshteyn Hey Michael, the wholesaler should sign an amendment with the seller, changing the closing date, and should have you subsequently sign that same amendment as the end buyer.
