You can try to get amendments to the leases before you close if you do not like how the leases are structured but the tenants do not have to comply with your request.Are the leases you inherited month to month or 1 year??

@Michael Finkelshteyn Hey Michael, the wholesaler should sign an amendment with the seller, changing the closing date, and should have you subsequently sign that same amendment as the end buyer.

It is a small and perhaps to some insignificant amendment but I think it speaks volumes to what you are trying to do.

yes, we filed a contract amendment to change the closing date from the original one to the new date, we're still in contract according to that signed amendment at our Title company.

So then who is the party that will end up amending their desire.

Start with a document that can be amended not a blank page that has to be created.

If that is the case you need to amend your bylaws or something to allow for a dues increase.
