On Zillow, I notice that if I buy a fixer and repair it to good order, it will take years for it to come up to market value as there apparently isn't room in their algorithms to allow for bringing a property up to market condition.

also peak has there own algorithm that is a common complaint I here from other vendors regarding valuations and it could be saving you from paying to much.  

What is most interesting is, I found this algorithm :- If within a quarter new listing is higher than sold homes, you will see more price reduction BUT- If the sold home is equal to the new listing, the price will just be flat or going up. 

These are great though because you don't HAVE to have internet to remotely change codes (through an app, not automatically through AirBnb) because they run on an offline algorithm.

If you can't get a loan, that doesn't necessarily mean you are a financial risk in real life but you are according tor their algorithms.

There is no program/technology/algorithm that can do that.
