I live in Gates (Rochester) but actually work as an administrator in the Lyons CSD so I take the Geneva/Lyons exit daily! 

To be clear I went to the probate court to the names of the petitioners/administrators/executors of the recent probate estates in my county.

. :)If the listing agent had an assistant they would probably do most of these administrative tasks anyway.The listing agent is bringing a ready willing and able buyer (assuming it is) and will close the deal.

There's so many administrative forms to clear when you move out, move in to a new suburb, dealing with my kids' school, arranging the deliveries, in between managing our vacation home, it gets quite crazy ...Cheers and talk to you all soon, Jasmine

In this model, the custodian/administrator holds the funds and you will instruct them to take action on behalf of your IRA, so they sign every document, cut every check, receive every deposit, etc.
