GREAT lake views in an area I knew well and was passionate about.

After a few months of school and work here in Fairbanks, AK, I'm finally able to invest the majority of my time finding and making deals in the Salt Lake area. 

As Joe said there is a meetup in Lake Forrest. 

I hear 'good gut feelings' about how Pittsburgh, Minneapolis, and Salt Lake City are undervalued, for instance.Unfortunately, no amount of data can make a case for the area if you don't have a team on the ground.

I am just the other side of the Lake Express Ferry from you, and have some 1031 funds that I'm keen to reinvest.

Not saying there aren't properties where the numbers work, because there are, and i'm interested in traditional rental properties as well.Dick - I would appreciate this contact if easily available, I will message you directly.Anyone have experience/insight into the sun lakes area?
