BP is a great community and stands out amongst the many social online venues, no doubt.

They didn't say it, but "...we don't want to put our money [small biz] into an 'unproven venue.'"

If it was such a profitable venue, why are wholesalers engaging folks to do it rather than go themselves?

They don't understand the liability we face if something happens.We do comps for investors, but too often we do their homework, then they purchase through another venue.

ReviewsOf course it's wonderful if the property management company has excellent reviews by both tenants and investors on Google and Facebook and other venues, however keep in mind that in property management, there are going to be a number of upset tenants.
