What happens if you sign a lease and they never pay your required "deposits"?

I've had success in the past from apartments.com, zillow, and posting yard signs.

Another one site unseen, just signed power of attorney over for the closing at a notary off of Baker St!

Since the borrower had already signed on for $3 million, this was not an increase to make a deal happen, simply Peerstreet personal operating without any understanding of the loan industry and having no intent to listen to the consultant they hired and paid for.Anyway, Peerstreet made the $4.8 million loan, less than one year later it was in default.  

The PoA designates our company as AIF.Now, it's possible that back during the original closing we had the borrower sign TWO PoAs: One designating our company, the other designating an individual representing the company.Our original PoA was prepared in consultation with an attorney, but that was done well over a decade ago!

If they are interested in arbitrage they will work with a well-funded company like Sonder or Avant Stay or Marriott Apartment and can sign 50-100 + leases at a time.

The parent should have in its books a resolution authorizing creation of the child series, duly signed by the required members and the secretary.
