Hi, i'm looking to purchase multifamily apartments in the next few months ranging from 5-40 units.

I bought a property in Houston TX and the inspection report didn't showed up anything.But when we started to fix, the Mold issue came and we had no other choice but to fix it. 

Since then, we have used the equity to fund a business I was a part of and have since paid that off.
