There was no educational substance.In the "realtors" CD 60% of time was spent leaving voice mails to realtor offices ("hi i'm blah i do this please call me"); 35% was her "fishing" realtors who did answer the phone, and getting rejected.

Mark,You are correct, they are bidding on behalf of their boss who is goving them instructions over the phone and they are reporting the specific action on each property as it happens.They may look like bums, but they actually work with those that control the auctions (the big fish)
