So I am (in the car business we call it) "as green as green gets" to real estate investing and I am trying so hard to wrap my head around so many concepts and trying to sort through all the things that I feel like I need to remember before I take the jump. 

I couldn't find any suggestion on a carpet cleaner with a heating element so I purchased the Bissell Big Green machine for $400 that does not have a heating element.

I consider this more of a moss green/gray but close enough.

The kitchen has medium colored wood cabinets with brass hardware and green laminate counter tops.

I'll go with the green granite every time because it's my favorite color (and I have in several houses).  

yes you can sell the pink and blue and green fixtures on ebay or craigslist. there are people looking for the retro styles if they're in good shape. though i would say you might want to re-glaze the tub to save time and money, but sell the toilet. check out these sold listings of pink toilets on ebay.
