Finally his eyesight grows weak, and he does not know whether things are really darker around him or whether his eyes are merely deceiving him.

However I do keep eyeing properties across the border and this has given me a confidence booster.

Keep your eyes peeled for a good deal in Florida, even if the market's slow now. 

I'm looking at this from the eyes of a DSCR lender, the 1% rule isn't close at all if the rent is $1350.

Everybody has to eat so I'm not going to go into the ethics of it but you have to go into this eyes wide open that public adjusting like this is not, in my opinion, a job to use to get knowledge and experience in property management.  

I would recommend obtaining a copy of the HOA Covenants and ByLaws.
