Hey guys, I wholesale full-time and recently started here in Upstate NY, I have some questions for someone familiar with real estate law/wholesale here and closings and will appreciate any help!

I flip, wholesale, and open list properties and believe contacting owners who were deceived by Citrona opens a channel of opportunity for both of us.

Are JVs far more productive because they run their own wholesale business and can approach it all more holistically than VAs? 

All units were vacant but I've already rented two and I live in one so I have only one more unit to rent I shopped around and I found a mortgage broker who was able to get me a 6.99% rate who took the loan to UWM (united wholesale mortgage).

I and my partner we’re looking to wholesale in the area.  

How are wholesalers doing deals in other cities?

This is a wholesale arrangement.I appreciate any recommendations you have.

I bought both of these houses cash, both were off-market wholesale deals and I did nearly all of the work myself. 

-Wholesalers lying about values, rents, etc.I firmly believe that those "wholesalers" are idiots.

So far, I've managed to build a really good team to support my business from agents and contractors to wholesalers and lenders.
