Verifying last 2 years of rental history very important!

Check reference, visit past job sites to see quality, check for lawsuits, verify their insurance and license, etc. 

Get a great PM by verifying the required things, pay them appropriately and then trust the systems in place but always verify as things move.If anyone truly wants to grow a business, they learn how to build a team and let go.
