So chasing some away who really do not deserve it is not in any of our best interests.Now, if this new member is an offender (repeat) of the forum rules or someone who has shown a consistant performance to promote rather than give first and create a name for themselves, then they should be told in no uncertain terms that we do not appreciate or tolerate such actions here.At least that is my take.

So I was reading this editorial piece in WSJ about how Texas is considering "loser pays" legislation, which will basically require a losing party in a lawsuit to pay the opponent's legal fees.
