So do you know how it works in Canada and if its possible/ how to do it, this sadly ruins my unbelievably good plan of a 250%-400% NET return/equity and no taxes paid on any of it, and all in only 6-12 months which is SUPER conservative.

Great neighborhood in the city of Detroit that has amazing properties with unbelievable architecture and character.

And it's really addictive.

My town is full of unemployed drug addicts and thiefs, and I see the situation getting worse with this pandemic.
