Good morning "Upstate" crew,I originally posted this in the wrong thread (I think) so I'm reposting this in the Upstate NY group to better target the Binghamton area.

I am trying to understand if there is a business case in the community, or that is just me who worried about adversely affected revenues for my properties due to bad weather patterns.P.S. not advertising anything, just wrapping my head around and trying to gauge the interest

That cash flow meets my investing criteria/target.

I recommend creating content that speaks directly to your target audience—your investor avatar, those individualsinterested in alternative investments and passive income.

I would not wait till after they are out to start advertising and showing the unit.

So, that is where I target my increases.

I was in land and Timber in ORegon all through the 90s one of my favorite business's just got back from Target practicing up in the Tillamook forest today :)  Timber though is HIGHLY regional..
