I am not sure about CA laws, but i found out that lenders are suspicious if your next property is within 50 miles of previous property and will call it an investment.

You’d probably (as an investor) be hugely suspicious of it was.

The seller agent has a number of homes she sells in this area of town and that part makes me suspicious she was trying to get commission on both sides or worked out special deal with buyer.

I was suspicious when I saw the ad for buying tax leins, but I was curious and when I found out they were charging 1400 for their education program I started to laugh . 

Not to mention, most tenants will not be willing to do that, and many will be suspicious as to why they need to pay an application fee for a property they haven't seen yet. 

Hi everyone, I just wanted to know the tax deductions that are involved in wholesale realestste, like I would like to have proof of profit once I get my first deal done just incase the IRS grows suspicious

Should that make me suspicious?
