I'm working on building a home on vacant land in Charleston SC and am looking for a draftsman or graphic artist to create a rendering/picture of the house we're building. 

Well I do. 1) Because you always break it down plain and simple, straight with no chaser; 2) Your use of graphics gives me life; 3) I respect your knowledge.

The web as we know it is a derivative of that browser, which was the first to allow graphical interface.

I recommend you browse this forum, and it will showcase various experts, so you can get a preliminary idea about our competence, personalities and communication styles.

I would agree with those who have said to: not put ANYTHING on the internet (you said you've changed your name and other identifying information); and also, seek your own counsel, and if you can't afford it, you need to really communicate with the counsel your insurance carrier has provided.I won't go into graphic details, but I will say (as someone else alluded to above); people can seek whatever amount they want to; however, that does NOT mean that's what it will settle at.

Elance, odesk Fiver, or similar sites can help you with graphic work and creating sites logos etc.Check the FIlePLace here under the resources tab for contracts.

Trucks with fancy graphics and without a scratch or a ding inside the bed is a bad sign. 

Aside from that I enjoy reading up on the financial markets and graphics design.
