My question is that this banker told me we needed to revisit this loan at the end of each term.

If you are not confident in your numbers - and it sounds like you may not be, if you are considering some of the strategies you mentioned - perhaps you should revisit the numbers. 

I have heard that Samsung's can be problematic as well.Due to this being a tenant who complains I was looking for something that would just work and not give me any problems.I like the idea about adding the lease option because we are going to have to revisit that soon

That's either a miscommunication, or flat out wrong.An appraisal re-visit is typically $100-$150, not $500.

I have recently revisited the possibility of LLC formation and I am open to thoughts on that as well.

Account Closed you might want to revisit your screening process and do a bit of research on proper screening -- always having problems with a tenant leaving without letting you know(or being evicted), and actually damaging the property makes it sound like a problem somewhere in your process.
