You need good resolution and typically good light to get a good image and that image is only good if the person looks at or near the camera.

I don't like life estates because resolution of remaindermen issues can be complicated as other title experts on this site have revealed even their difficulty with resolution.In California, an "estate for years" (really any time period defined) would be a better choice than providing title with life estate, IMHO.

We can see this idea in comparing discounts in states which provide quicker resolutions such as Texas which typically carries a lesser discount versus states like New York which carry deeper discounts.Working with non-performing loans should not be a race to zero in regards to properly capitalizing the asset to recover the investment.
