Hi Charissa,I always like to air on the side of conservatism, so when I analyze deals, I only pursue them if they seem to be a great deal in the case that if anything goes wrong, it still will likely be a very good deal.

Otherwise, you will pursue a normal eviction process for your state, being military does not excuse their negligence.

I’d be interested in pursuing any leads that meet most of our criteria.  

Talk to a local real estate attorney to see if it's worth the cost and aggravation of pursuing it. 

@Michael Lear I would pursue them for the full cost of removal due to gross negligence on their part.

What reasons did you not pursue being a realtor, if you don't mind me asking? 

Third, there is no way to compel the neighboring owner to sign this easement and its up to our seller to pursue this request.

I imagine after years of being in foreclosure/bankruptcy his credit is already too far gone, plus hes in his 70s with intentions of RV life so its not a big priority at this point.I asked him if he wanted me to pursue the short sale option and he declined.
