Company installed this French drain system to quell a water problem that had an opened raised plastic piece that went all the way around the perimeter that extended from under the slab up about 4'-6" along the wall that even had drilled weep holes at the bottom of the block that was designed to allow water that may seep down the wall to go behind this piece then into the pipe surround under the slab they installed then into the sump hole then when enough water accumulated the pump would turn on and discharge the H2O outside.

I also think they make things like the big menu signs for drive thrus, with the menu and the speaker and all of that stuff.Of course I'm, assuming that when you say you need signs for your wholesaling biz, you're talking about like bandit signs or like the little plastic "We Buy Houses" signs that you might stick in the ground in front of a house you own or something like that right??

I suppose it should go without saying, but the person needs to be mentally plastic enough to learn the order of construction, materials, inspections, and the cornucopia of things that have to happen to get a house renovated or built.This may be one of the biggest issues.

I've never heard of a painted tub: enamel over cast iron or dyed plastic/resin, sure, but painted is new to me.If it's any sort of plastic, I agree, replace it/them.

Other things that could market it easier: flooring, wide slat nice blinds, ceiling fans (often trashed in C class properties, though), friendly porch with plastic chairs, etc.
