We are Canadians eyeing up the market in the USA and looking to start investing in properties across the border. 

After extensive clean up and rehab these two rentals generates $1,700 per month.

I ended up buying a different property two blocks away.  

Can anyone point me toward what all I need to fill out?

@Kenny Bao typically I’ve found my work in connecting in off market deals 100+ units has left me spinning my tires.  

So I give the bill to my PM and they bill the tenant and they reimburses me.

They will be able to update you on what you need to do to help fire proof your home, and if there are any other options to lower insurance like external fire sprinklers, sealing up, attic vents, defensible space, etc.

And in cases where the pin is in another name does this mean that if I purchase it through repo I will not be able to stake claim to the property or will it simply just be an eviction on my part (I understand no one can tell me specifically on these items I am just looking for advice)
