Hi all, I've been perusing the forums but haven't really found the answer I'm looking for.

If your goal is to hold and pay off rentals without factoring in appreciation then yep, Peruse out of state.

I've perused the Chicago forum and found a couple of folks to reach out to, but any other recommendations are much appreciated!

I am thinking of small claims court that I would peruse myself, I'm really not looking to hurt the last owner's finances.

I'm looking to really juice up my BP page and take advantage of all the insight this site has to offer and after perusing through the blogs, podcasts and recommended readings I realized that means I have to network!

I've been perusing the Marketplace, and while there are some labeled "Archived" there are others still listed for sale that look like decent deals, but will be 10 months old or more.
