Investor Friendly GC Recommendations

Hi BP Chicago Community! I'm new to the Chicago MF real estate market and looking for recommendations for GCs that can manage a rehab for a 2-flat with basement conversion starting late September. I'm looking at a 2-flat in an ADU district in Albany Park with units currently configured as 2/1s that I'd like to convert to 3/2s and which has a "finished" basement that I would like to convert to a 3rd 2/1 unit. I'd like to find someone that is willing to get the building finish ready, as I have contacts and skills to do all the finishing work myself. I've perused the Chicago forum and found a couple of folks to reach out to, but any other recommendations are much appreciated!
