Bottom line yes you could spend hours and hours collecting this information on your own it would take more then 10 hours to construct a contract or heck make a video (I mean they are a pain the tush) Or for a nominal fee "I can provide you with a lot of the information all at once in one place" which I don't know about the rest but I could use something like that.
