I have heard some horror stories from mutual friends and just reading up on forums based on people's experiences.

Every property in it's own trust or even layers of trusts with ultimate beneficial interest owned by a multi-member LLC.

What it does is prohibit the tenant from getting their voucher reissued so they can move until they are either in compliance with our lease or we give permission by way of a mutual termination.

Hi everyone,I am looking to build a campaign to have my agents call on the owners of all of the industrial buildings within a certain radius of the properties we already own to start building some rapport and hopefully opening us up to mutually beneficial opportunities in the future.
