It's not that you can change directions in the future but there is a "momentum" aspect here as well as a "brand" to establish if you go to an REI group.  

Note that I am a contrarian investor in the real estate market and a momentum investor in the stock market, so consider that when reading my posts;)

Same in Saratoga on homes.As for home price increase in Silicon Valley this is the tail wind of the current momentum.

Through this platform I'm hoping to build synergy and momentum with other investors and learn powerful strategies to build a real estate empire! 

Your goal should be to maintain your momentum and keep scaling up.

have my first property this year so I can start some momentum and overcome the fear.

I hope to keep this momentum going and start acquiring more cash flowing properties for buy and hold! 

I do think the momentum is much faster than it was in the 70s and 80s.  

Trying hard to get momentum to be able to take care of struggling parents while also establishing separate lives of our own.I'm currently reading through one of the books from bigger pockets already.But would love any additional strategy / idea's / advice etc <3-----------------------------
