I have been reading books, watching a few videos (although most seem like they are selling something), and reading articles online.

I have been reading and watching about everything and under stand there is no “right way” to do it, but i just want to express my thoughts and questions and get some feedback before i pull the trigger on some of my steps.

I was VERY watchful on deals to be had on everything without going bottom of the barrel to setup.I scoured Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace and OfferUp looking for USA made used furniture.

Are the live Q&A’s recorded to watch later if you miss them?

I listened to a BiggerPockets podcast at least 1.5 years ago with a lady from LA who knocked down houses and built large 3-4 bedroom 4plexes.

Please share various partnership models and what has been positive and negative, things to watch out for, avoid, put in place, etc.Thanks!

In terms of actual areas in the bay, do folks recommend one of the following:South Bay <SC, Sunnyvale>; East Bay <Berkeley>; TriValley <Dublin> or SFOr would you recommend sitting on the sidelines, wait and watch, and do a HYSA/CD to see how/where the market heads ?
