They are stunning places, and with so much money around ( especially from Other countries w/ how popular CA is )  I guess there's enough ppl willing to pay outrageous prices to deal with insane policies and other madness,  for the incredible weather/ views.

Also, the revenue estimates are generally widely exaggerated in order to justify the exorbitant property management fees.Finally, if people are interested, I’m happy to post updates on how my own development project works out.I hope this helps!

To sink that into one deal, your first deal, is incredibly risky. 

The day after closing on the home I quit my job and got into mortgages (my lender was also a friend from high school and made the process so incredibly simple).

Units like those obviously aren't considered "affordable" housing for the average person, as the engineering costs alone would be incredible.

People take advantage of all the hype behind AI and because AI does look INCREDIBLY impressive and no one understands what AI truly is, people think more about it than what it really is and everyone is obsessing over it, and thus there is an opportunity to make money by selling AI products. 

I hear a wide ranges of responses from investors, inspectors, and experienced electrician's alike from "ticking time bomb" to "not a big deal", so i'm trying to decide what to do. 

That 2 handle rate is incredible.

When an area the size of Hillsboro Oregon gets a 50 BILLION dollar influx that money is going to be  spread wide and deep.

(I currently have a P&L spreadsheet that has been working great for me thus far), but when it comes time to make important calculations every bit of mentorship along the way will be incredibly important.
