@Jason Robles Hey man,I had to jump in just because I'm doing almost the same thing in Milwaukee -- so you are not hearing from an as yet successful direct mail marketer.I'm mailing similar numbers, 500 absentee w/ equity, 500 owner occupied w/ equity, and also logging probates on my own and mailing those.
