We are so lucky to have this incredible resource and generous community of like-minded folks. 

Folks tend to far underestimate the cost, and length of time, that it takes to rebuild from a disaster such as this.

I'm hoping to connect with some experienced folks in Northwest Indiana and here on BP to learn and build relationships. 

Folks in tech industry is already got wiped out in this aspect lol in 2023 lol But one thing that would replace agent very fast is AI research from company like Docusign , when they could generate and automatically write a negotiation template in 5 minutes where my grandma can use it, there's almost no need for realtor especially if the house condition/inspection is clean enough.

I've been watching it unfold for years and it seems folks are finally figuring it out. spoke to a guy at BP con in Detroit who said he would never invest in Detroit. he lives in the Wealthy suburbs.

This will happen with high frequency borrowers not every deal is perfect and some need special attention and so With folks like @Jeff S. and I we hop on the phone and work it out or have face to face and work it out..

Hey @Shannon Green, I haven't the experience with hurricanes like @Andrew Steffens, but wild fires are more of a thing.We have had folks wonder how smoky it was and the like.
