A lot of excellent deals are found through word of mouth off-market and not on the MLS.

However, coming at them in a disrespectful manner that makes them feel pressured, or taken advantage of will rub them the wrong way, and they will most likely tell you to pound sand, and then bad mouth you to anyone who will listen.

Also, borrowers have a really bad taste in their mouths about their prior CMBS experiences (high legal fees, no interest rate lock, defeasance pre-payment penalty, cash flow sweeps, lock boxes, onerous Tenant Improvement/Leasing Commission/CapEx Reserve Requirements)...

I went with Easy Storage Solutions and could not be happier at this point.

I am of the opinion that this Jewel-EE has some sort of a complex that has resulted from growing up with a silver spoon in her mouth coupled with the realization at some point that her silver spoon in her mouth has no ability to help her deal with actual reality.Has anyone dealt with busy-body neighbors during a rehab?  

There seems to be an awful lot of people who get into real estate with the belief that they'll be happier if they make more money because it will allow them to become more extravagant spenders.

We're happier with that move rather than if we went HML.

Once I got to the site I was able to explain to the owner that he should expect a major settlement from the auction company he was much happier.
