Add to this a higher interest rate in credit cards or a car loan or both and a more expensive gas per gallon ( and it's happening, chevron and Exxon just posted their first positive quarter profits in their last years) and this is a perfect recipe for a great crash and all your tenants will go back to mom and pa and you're out of the business and lose all your properties.
