As another guy said, GCs are slammed right now (that is a hat I wear which is why I chimed in) do not take this the wrong way but we don't have the free time (literally, free to you, costs us money to be there when we can be doing something else) to hold your hand and give you an estimate of a house you MIGHT buy.
